Hm. What do teens in other countries do when bored? Here, they make pipe bombs, and put them in rural irrigation canals to watch the resulting plume of water, and put them in rural mailboxes (a metal box on a pole next to the road used for receiving mail) to watch them explode. Then they serve 10 years in prison on federal explosives charges. Fallon, Nevada, is 60 miles east of Reno, and one of those places where annoying the cows and ripping up alfalfa crops with your 4 wheel drive vehicle is the definition of fun. That, and plenty of sex, alcohol, and some methamphetamine. I suppose teens in Europe hang out in museums or something. At least a statue won't blow your arm off.
