From the video it looks like the worm was an Ascarid (roundworm) or Cestode (tapeworms, more likely Taenia Solenum as they mentioned something about pork). Both of these worms can migrate to the brain as eggs are transmitted to the bloodstream via the intestinal wall where the adult is residing
