PETA is truly a wolf in sheep's clothing. Stupid and goofy on the outside, diabolical and briliant on the inside. Montgomery Burns would be proud.

Not unless they're in the business of trying to discredit the entire animal rights movement with their antics.

So then, adhering to PETA's request, we should say: the big Sea Kittens eat the little Sea Kittens.

I like that. :)

mmmmmm.... yummy sea kitties.

I like it. I think all my food should have cute names. Now if you excuse me I am going to spread some whipped unborn baby chicken and oil (mayonnaise) on a grilled sea kittie (salmon) and spinach wrap. Then I will eat it while watching a TV show on sea kittie fishing. Because I am cold and cruel like that.

I've just found a black marker and relabeled every tin of fish in my pantry as "sea kittens".
I think I may have some sea kittens on toast for lunch tomorrow.

Hey, look at the bright side; at least they're not picking on us (AS) any more...I think they're just looking for a 'flavor of the month'...;)

What about bugs? People eat them too...;)

Just more stuff from the Performance Ensemble for Theatrical Anarchy...;)

I'm making chowder of sea kitten with three kinds of sea kitten, and today and feeding some of the sea kitten scraps to my cat before they go in the soup.

Am I missing something here? :|

Fish are being called seakittens because it makes them look cuter than what they really are...

PETA is opposed to fishing for "seakittens" because they don't get no respect like their animal counterparts of the foodchain.... :?

I know I'm a sensative animal lover and have even been bothered by the concept of fishing only for fun because of the hook going through their mouths but this has got to be the craziest thing I've heard. I mean most people fish to...uh fill an empty tummy.

I'll just add a mugshot of such a nasty event that took place in the kitchen of my house. This disgusting and vile beast was caught fishn' for mah sweet seakittehs. Whatever shall I do......

This is what he'd look like in disguise with his anonymous name!

If you see this fluffy nightmare contact PETA immediately. He imposes a huge danger to their innocent lives! :(

Nuff Sed?

I am just waiting for PETA to try to stop animals from eating other animals. At least when we eat a cow, the cow was killed in a more humane manner then if a lion where to kill it.

They do that. They have a movement for vegan pet food. They forgot the part where cats are obligate carnivores and a lot of vegan catfoods lack essential nutrients which can cause your poor little kitten (land kitten? Is that how we'll now refer to cats?) to go blind.

And I'll be sure to contact PETA about that dastardly seakitten hunting villain in the post above mine. That rascal must be stopped!

Funny how something originally noble-minded can go from outrageous to offensive then finally descend into complete absurdity.

but they taste great.

And they're fun to fish for because their behavior is so different from most popular sport fish. I mean sea kittens.
