Aqua-Kitty!

Not mine.

I wish mine would swim, though one did fall in the other day and travelled the length of it before getting out. They are fascinated by water though.

Aquariums are a bit of an obsession of mine. I think fish are cute enough as they are, and don't need to change for anyone! :D

They're also very tasty.

when I was a kid, my friend's step dad had a cat that would jump in the pool and swim with us. I haven't seen anything like it since.

I'm all for the proper treatment of animals, plants, and the environment but it seems like PETA loves animals a little too much if you catch my drift...

The PETA folks are enemies of the human race. They are more dangerous (potentially) than the Jihad Fanatics of Islam. If PETA folks ever discover a way of exterminating the human race they will use it in a New York minute.

Ahh... PETA.

I have nothing against vegetarianism. Sometimes people dislike the taste of meat, some can't physically digest it, but when you take it to the extreme it becomes stupid.

Human beings are Omnivores, in order for us to have a full diet we need to consume both plant and animal products, its in our nature. (Yet somehow PETA isn't bothered by lions munching on gazelle, or Bears mauling fish).

PETA's reply to that might be "we're human and so we're more intelligent, we should know better," even though PETA are supposed to be human and so they should know better themselves.

I like trying exotic flesh like Kangaroo, Ostrich, Zebra and Springbok when I get the opportunity. What I'd really like to try is a PETA burger. That is, one made from the hide of a militant animal rights militant. :wtg:

PETA fails because they have yet to address the underlying issues. If PETA had it's way, all industries that revolve around animals would be shut down. They have failed to address the issues that would arise as a result of their plans. They have not offered any proposals to counter in the social, economic, and cultural gaps that their policies would create.

I think if people called fish sea-kittens, then western culture would come to embrace consuming cats as food, rather than giving up eating fish.

People eat cats.

Sea kitten remain delicious and VERY healthy. You could call them Sirens I would still love to eat them.
