A new use for Barry Manilow music. Will it work?

Now, I think it would be funny if the "teens" put some Manilow in their boom box and cranked the volume way up. Would it still be noise pollution?

I had heard about this before. I also heard that they sometimes play loud, high pitched noises that most adults can't hear to keep them away.
