My fav anime would have to be naruto and vampire knight,and bleach.My favorite mangas are orange marmalade,ao no exorcist,naruto,bleach,vampire knight,rosario vampire,death note,defense devil,and a ton of others.

The first anime I watched was Pokemon,Digimon and DBZ. My favorites are the Digimon series(Digimon Adventure especially and in it's original language), Wolf's Rain and Cowboy Bebop.
Don't play video games as much as I used to but when I do it tends to be that of the tales of series or Pokemon(Will be getting X or Y when they come out probably!)
Favourite games are:

Tales of Symphonia.
