I never had imaginary friends, even when I was a kid. I think I remember trying to come up with imaginary friends and it just didn't make sense to me :? I preferred just playing with/talking to my animals or pretending with my toy animals.

I don't really, I have another personality. He's been integrated into me until he's become me. His name is Zeek Rock, the one who carries me when I'm down, the brave one, the exciting one. I created the name when I was 8 (well the first name) and slowly but surely he became me (or I became him, I'm not too sure). It's under the adolescent forum called 'The other me' if you want further details.

Yes. Sort of. I guess it's more just imaginary voices. They don't have definitive shapes, they're just there. I argue a lot with them because apparently they have more of a conscience than I do.

P.S. I'm not crazy or evil or both.

When I was young I had an imaginary family: de familie Brooddeeg (the family Breaddough)

Now I imagine myself in the 1960's, I was born 4 decades too late in my opinion.

I never saw the point of having imaginary friends... It didn't make any sense to me.

Sort of, I talk to people from the past in my imagination. It's strange because It's usually some average person, not a particular famous person.

Yes I do. Having imaginary friends has always been a definitive part of who I am. Currently I have the Tim Burton versions of Alice and the Mad Hatter, Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, Edward Scissorhands and of course Willy Wonka.

I always found that it took to much out of me to keep a "corporeal" imaginary friend. Would be awesome though :D.

My imaginary friends are based off of Final Fantasy 7 and 3 videogame characters and my World of WarCraft character Delynnivar and his pet Dragonhawk, Phoenix. Usually I give one of them AS so that I have someone to talk "normally" with. Arc from FF3 is my usual choice since he just seems like a person who would have it. :)

I have this imaginary pet. He's based on the native american idea of animal guides or spiritual guides,
so I guess he's not entirely imaginary. Everything he stands for has a double meaning and he's there in times I need
guidence or comfort or just someone to be with me when no-one can. He's called Tsartsaii, a single symbol full of meaning to me.
I feel him in the form of a spirit of his natural form which is a Bubo bubo, an Eurasian Eagle-Owl.

I never talk to myself or have any imaginary friends.
I do sing along to songs, even if they're in my head.

Since my last post I developed one. Her name is Anika. Young girl, friend, someone who I can hang out with and lay my troubles on. She's a nice girl and all the rest. Now I just need her to help my with my right and wrong.

As a child I never did, but now it's more characters living within distinct regions of my head, one just came to me and the others are manifestations of characters I've created the past few years, but I really don't know how one would truly define an imaginary friend to know if these people are or not.
