NO! Oh my goodness, no.

I've only been to one - never again, I swear!
I was looking forward to it, kinda... I only really went to make my 2 best friends (only friends) happy, because I didn't spend as much time with them as I did in school, and it had been a while since we'd "hung out".

The lines, the standing for hours, the people... Don't get me started on the people! They were all "typical teenagers"... I hate typical teenagers. I may have been a teen myself at the time, but other kids my age... I couldn't stand them.
Then, we were right at the front because my friends wanted to get good pictures... This meant standing in line for like 2 hours before it started, and then another half an hour inside before the band (well, the opening band, that were rubbish) came on.

I was in agony by this point, as I have very weak bones and my shins were killing me. My back was hurting and I was tired. So, halfway through the second opening act, I went out into the lobby and stayed there for the rest of the show... I wanted to go home, but I thought that wouldn't be fair on my friends, who would wonder where I was once the show had finished, and I didn't want them to think I'd abandoned them. They knew I wasn't at the front anymore because I told one of them I was going to sit down for a bit and I knew I wouldn't get back up to the front, even if I wanted to. But they didn't know I'd spent the whole show in the lobby... I tried to go back in, but it was so loud and hot and smelly and you couldn't breath in there!!

Plus some whoreish(she was dressed like a slut and later I saw her hanging all over different boys) idiot thought it would be funny to throw alcohol over a group of boys but got me drenched too. Also her stupidly small but packed bag was stabbing me in the back and hit me in the head.

The only way I'd ever go to another is if I can hang out right at the back, with someone who I trust will stay with me, like my partner. And if it's a band I like... The one I was planning to see was one I used to like, but then they changed their music and image and are just crap now.

I liked concerts in the past... like GWAR, my chemical romance, taking back sunday, linkin park, HIM, etc.
but I hate the loud noise. I go to see the performance...
I highly recommend GWAR:-)
However, I prefer to watch concerts with earplugs, so its at a muted level of volume ...

I saw My Chemical Romance this year, they were amazing! :D I found the noise easy enough to take because I was so excited about seeing my favourite band ever :)

I saw Blink 182 last year and shook hands with Mark Hoppus, no joke! :) It was one of the best days of my life xD

I'm not that keen on festivals but I went to the Big Day Out in January, it was worth it but I would've rather have seen Tool in a smaller venue, the crowd was just too big. So do I like concerts? Hell yes, I don't go to local shows almost every week for nothing. :)

Even if I like the band, I hate people who come to concerts.

I recently went to my first concert and i loved it. Im not quite sure if i love concerts but i loved this one because it was my favourite band, the music was awesome and just seeing them in person was like OMG!! But during the support acts i didnt really like it. I was so impatient waiting for the band to come on that i dont even remember what the support acts were like. I guess i only like it if its the music i want to hear and enjoy the band/singer. Not that i didnt like the support acts but i didnt go to see them and it seemed to go on forever. I took earplugs but didnt need to use them as i was enjoying it that much. I didnt even mind being in the mosh put with all the other people. It was definatly the best night of my life but again i would have to be going for the act that i actually like and want to see otherwise i probably wouldnt enjoy it and find it a nuisance.

I didn't vote because I am somewhat neutral towards them. I used to like them, but now id say its more of a dislike. I don't really like the moshpits or hardcore dancing there are nowadays at modern rock shows, like local bands and whatnot. I enjoy the music, but its usally really angry! I think I would really enjoy a black sabbath concert from the 70s, only if I could go back in time!
