Its kinda strange the first thing this Article reminded me was a "the Big Bang Theory" episode "The White Asparagus Triangulation" were Sheldon trys to help Lennard develop a deeper relationship with his girl friend by letting him display physical dominace in opening a jar of aspargus. The display of dominace should lead to an increase of Oxytocin in the brain of the girl, oxytocin seems to be the chemical behind emotional learning and bonding.
