I told my close two friends that I'm autistic. When I told them, they told me they would have never guessed. Now I feel like I don't belong with the autistics or the NTs. Where do I belong?

You belong wherever you want to belong. If those two friends will accept you and you accept them, you belong with them, etc. Life isn't defined by groups that genetics just happened to put us in.

I don't know what would happen if I told my friends. They're fairly new, so idk. Some are very open minded, and then I have a few who are SO closed minded. I do get the 'you are so weird/crazy/strange' comments, but they're always friendly, unlike in the past.

Daedal, if you want to tell your friends, start off with your open-minded friends. If you want, try getting closer with them before you talk about it. Do you ever wonder why your more closed-minded friends are the way they are? If you find out, maybe you could find a way to work around that and find a way to tell them and have them accept you. Do what you wish to do.
