I have a real problem with not following through, example. When I open a cabinet I dont close it. Or unloading the dishwasher and walking off after im done and then realizing I did not close it after a few hours. And not putting things back into the fridge. I dont expect others to do the next step for me, its just that I dont think about the next step and walk away.

Sorry if this does not make much sense. Im bad at discussing things.

Does this happen to anybody else?

also can someone explain why the word "hummingbird" is above my photo? It was butterfly earlier.....

This is common with ADHD, and the majority of aspies have ADHD. You can speak to your doctor about diagnosis and possible treatment with stimulants (such as Concerta), which help up to a point, and you can also get tips and advice at http://www.ADDitudeMag.com

Hummingbird is you current rank, it changes as you make more posts. If you post 1000 posts you get to set it yourself, a "custom rank".

I used to have that problem, but it's getting better. Try to think, "What should I do next?" Don't daydream too much, either.
