I have had anger problems since the first time someone pissed me off which was in kindergarten...
Well it was an african kid who was a head higher than me, but I got tired of him and beat him up, which actually made him stop... (violence dosen't stop anything my arse)

Well he was the first person who ever pissed me off and since then I have easily been able to get angry but in the first 7 years of school I couldn't really control my anger I began to be able to control my anger a year ago like really really control it but it's not that easy when I'm almost going to hit a person I bite my hand hard so I make the anger go out on myself since no one else deserves to be struck by my wrath (sounds biblical, huh? ;))

Well heavy metal also helps control it... >.< If I don't listen to heavy metal in a week I feel like I am going to kill a person over the slightest thing...
Power of music for president :)

So will it get better as I grow up which it seems like?!

Anyone else has this kind of anger? :O

Sorry if it seems confusing hence I'm not good at expressing myself on paper! :/

yes, it will get better with age; i also feel such anger at times, but i have learned to not act on it, i have also surpassed needing to self-harm to lower those feelings.

95% of the time I'm rather calm. When I get angry I talk louder and have an extremely aggressive and sarcastic-like tone of voice, but that's it. I've never actually hurt anyone or anything due to my own rage.

Maybe I can describe it a bit better than that.

level 0 - Normal. No emotion, neither internally nor externally.

level 1 - Slightly annoyed, but no visible signs of annoyance.

level 2 - Somewhat ticked off. May show visible signs of anger.

level 3 - Ticked off. It's best not to argue with me at this point.

level 4 - Intensely frustrated. I lose the will to filter myself, and often say offensive things I later regret.

level 5 - FUBAR at this point. This is when I start wanting to hurt people, but luckily it doesn't happen very often.

It's very difficult to get me angry, most of the time. Things that really tick me off are related to respect. If no one respects my property, I get angry. If people talk down at me, I'm angry. Other things are just frustrating. My mom often mistakes my frustration as anger.

I've had and in many ways still do have that sort of anger. And to be honest, I have only recently started managing and trying to understand how to really control it, but it takes a spark of an negative idea to start riling me up until I can only want to inflict harm on others or myself, or just have to wait to "come down" and realize what I'm doing. Thankfully I haven't hurt anyone since like 10th grade (a girl who was verbally attacking me and kicking my backpack after gym class, longish story), but still I can relate to other histories of anger. I think that was clear, right?

Anger is my weapon to fend off undesired emotions.
