"that" kind of personality?

As in...nerd, quirky, drama freak, etc.

I think nerds are just not self-conscious enough and "rebels"/rude people are just that.

Or they're trying to make a point (talking about politics, women wearing their hair short, etc.)

Whereas an Aspie just doesn't understand what the hell is going on.

How would you classify people that simply do not care which petty labels befall upon them?

The boundary seems to be how much distress it causes: "that" type of personality, whatever in the world "that" may be, is usually a personality that is not clinical in severity, while Asperger's is severe enough to warrant at least some medical attention.

I don't think so. Bill Gates and many suspected autistics don't seem to need medical help.

However, they are not just "anti-social". They DO have a disability.
