Tv show Alphas. Autistic teen Gary Bell.

I just recently started watching this show called Alphas, it's really interesting if you like sci-fi and supernatural things.
There is a character named Gary who is autistic.
He said that to get in the role he worked with autistic teenagers and read documentaries and watched films etc. I think that he did a really good job as far as acting goes.

Seeing teenage autistics on television shows makes me feel less alone and more like I can be myself and know that it is okay.
A lot of the time I try to act "NT" so I don't frustrate others or get bullied, but it mostly frustrates me to try to act a way that I am not.

I'll be checking out this show, it sounds like something I would watch and it has a character I can relate to.

I bought the first season today and my favorite character is Gary

Yeah he's awesome. It's a pretty interesting show isn't it?
My sister told me about it and said Gary reminds her of me and then I researched him and found out the Gary is supposed to be autistic.
I really like watching shows with people I can relate to, which isn't often.
