First of all, please kindly accept my bad English because I am not a native speaker of English.
I want to gain more knowledge, to be more specific, my goal is to learn all types of cool tricks (knacks). In my view, I think knacks are the key to living smarter, feeling better and being stronger. Now then, let's share our knacks!
Let's collect, share, discuss and try out different knacks. There are no boundaries: whatever type of knack it is, so long as it's slightly useful, or at least u believe it is.
I would like to share some knacks that I have learnt and tried:

4. Hand massage - Rub chopstick
According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, this is an acupressure- which enhances immunity and general health- healthcare, also, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine doctoral tutor Professor Su Yunming states that rubbing chopsticks with our hands, including using the back of our hands, fingers, palms and knuckles is beneficial to our health. He recommends doing it twice a day, and 5 minutes each time.

5. The effect of Blue light: blue wavelengths—which are beneficial during daylight hours because they boost attention, reaction times, and mood. Also, it can suppress the secretion of melatonin relatively powerful.

These sound a lot like lifehacks :) You might like to look that up ^_^

1. I've heard that when you're in a bad mood, and you smile, your mood gets a little better. This is because not only does the brain send signals to the face, but it also receives signals the other way around, as a sort of feedback.
6. This actually happened to me today. Music sent shivers down my spine, I loved it.
7. White noise also helps you sleep right.

One of my "knacks" or lifehacks:
I put things that I don't want to forget on my shoes, so I see them when I leave. I also use an add-on (Leechblock) on my browser that shuts down distracting sites when I need to study.
