I dont notice body language never did. dont really care about it.

If you look it up online you can find a lot of information about it. Also reading about mirror neurons might give you more insight about it. It won't teach you how to read body language but it gives an explanation of why body language exists. Body language is an unconscious thing for most people.

It's facial expressions, cues, and movements with the body while talking.(Non verbal communication.)

I have never been good at reading them.

It's how a mime, a clown, or a dancer can conveigh an entire story without speaking, writing, or using sign language.
