Appropriate trendy-but-punky clothes for an 11 year old?(UK)

Okay... I'm really into the emo style but I'm also really into fashion. I like things such as:

Kitten heels
Studded belts
Both Neon and Black stuff
Bows
Chains
Fingerless Gloves
Hello Kitty
Converse
Over-the-knee socks
Skinnies

etc.

I have found a few shops and brands that sell trendy-but-punky stuff but they are quite expensive. Could any of you please reccomend some cheap ones to me? Bear in mind, I'm only 11 so nothing too sexy or revealing!

Detox is good in Canada. Preps call it emo but it's not all emo. Maybe you've got it in the U.K.

I don't think we do have that in the UK... The only place I used to get my clothes was Punky fish but that can be too revealing sometimes and also VERY expensive. Needless to say I only have about 5 items of clothing from there. I want another black hoody but I can't find one anywhere! (I got the other one from my brother)

Expensive isn't punk. Try Goodwill, the Salvation Army, thrift stores...

If you want real old school punk, get normal clothes and tear them up, pierce them and make your outfit look like a scary mess.
For sk8er clothes, maybe you've got West 49 across the lake.
