Instead the psycologist just made the plan and i stayed loyal to it and there realy seemed to be some type of conflict with the different professionals involved.
A conflict in which their egos got in the way.

Or, they failed to communicate.
Or both.
It sucks that you had to get caught in the middle.
I know that the cpn's were conflicting with the psycologist I had and some were resistant to believing Aspergers Syndrome exists. I know that for a fact because i was told about it. I have always tried to work with the cpn's but they don't seem to be able to seperate what is illness from what is asperger's syndrome. and they use CBT to try to change aspie traits into NT ones. I always had to struggle with conflicts about working with cpn's and my psycologist at the same time. There are not meny people who specialise in AS right now and there are loads of cpn's and nurses and doctors and psyciatrists. I am just grateful that i did get some help and understanding from the psycologist and it seems like the AS service has had to bend to pressure.
