The guy's an idiot, just ignore him.

You have to grow a thick skin if you want to survive in this world.

Had a pretty good day today. I made some cookies then played BF4. Actually got on the winning side this time and got lots of kills til it turned toward the other team. pretty balanced teams actually, which I prefer as one side slaughtering the other gets boring or frustrating. like the game yesterday where the whole other team sat in a corner sniping. yeah we wond due to taking all the objectives, but they made it super super super frustrating.

the bbq didn't blow up in my face today like it did yesterday. so that's a plus.

night time now though and I'm starting to feel sad and lonely

Put up the grill again.

Why don't you invite a girl to eat your barbecue?

cause
1. have no girls to invite.
2. then they would know I live with my mom and sister and this is seen as a huge downside. I can never bring a girl back to my place.

do I come off as confrontational?
I don't mean to I just feel it is polite to respond to peoples posts addressing each point.

That's all right, Sly.

These days, it's not that much of a stigma to live with your mother. It also provides you with instant trust/credibility if you introduce the girl to your mother.

I think it would actually be a cool date--you cooking up something, and your date enjoying what you cook.

actually 90% of women list that they guy can't still live with their parents. women want a mature independent guy. not a guy who has his mom do all his chores.

while I don't and do all my stuff. "the live with family" evokes such ideals of the guy living in his parents basment.
the other women want to be able to have sex at the guys place.

this has been the one thing every woman Ive talked to agreed on
living at home is bad!! !

maybe if I had my own apartment It would. even then it would be like a 10th date.

just another one of the things against me. I have to lie about it until we reach the moving into together phase. so its hanging out about or at her place.

I have to hid/lie where I live and what job I have. along with the who disibility/disorder thing.

I don't think you have to lie about your job. At least you have a job.

I know one attractive girl on this site. 22 years old. Lives in the Midwest. Works fast food. Smart. Trying to get into college, but having a hard time at it. She has a very creative screen name.

Those are the kind of girls you should seek--not those materialistic types. There are many of the nonmaterialistic type as well.

It's probably good to hide that you have Asperger's. It's none of their business, anyway.

Didn't you say you have a car? Even if it's a bit beat up, that's not bad. I didn't have a car until 2 years ago, at age 51!

Do you ever have to take care of your parents' physical needs? If so, that's an excuse to live with them--they need you. I actually know a few people who live with their parents and take care of them. No disgrace there. Girls will like that you take care of your parents.

well the main one is seasonal and and only 32 hour every 3 months.

the current one is a assestment and at a place that hires disabled people

so yes I must hid the jobs.

problems I see. she is attractive and trying to go to school . the women in college or planning to go to college are the more materialistic. they will or plan to have high paying jobs that bring with them expensive things and trips. I can't afford those nor make as much as they might.

the ones with jobs seem to want men with high paying jobs to match their own., the jobless ones want men with high paying jobs to provide for them.

the girls who would like me are either women I don't find attractive, they don't have the right personality or political beleifs or they are hiding in their rooms.

its my second one. I had a van but needed to get a more efficient ride. miss the days of 2.70 also the toyota is easier to work on.

my mom is on ssi and my sister is her care taker. if i move they might go homeless. I also help with heavy lifting stuff and lately giving rides places.

my experience has been they ak if you live at home then break of communication . they don't care why you live at home.
I pay half the rent and stuff here, so its not really me living off my mom its renting a place together.

I hate the what do you do for work question or where do you live. I can't lie and I know it means the end of the communication with women.

I lack ambition. I guess. I would rather spend my time enjoying life then spending it tying to climb some corporate ladder.

maybe when I have a job working 40+ hours a week as a real job I can tell people, though I get really tired from 4.5 hours of nonstop packaging work. with 6 or less hours of sleep and 800 calories.

Two points: Each person is unique, so forget trying to assign such characteristics as materialistic, to people based on their education and employment. Second, there is nothing wrong with your situation and there is no need to be embarrassed about it. If you are sheepish and not forthcoming in your description of yourself, your lack of confidence would be a turn off. You take care of your mother and sister - that's great - sell it. You have two jobs! That's great! You're hard working. Change the way you perceive yourself and you will change the way others perceive you too.

Hey Sly,

Your family needs you. Just tell the girls that you are taking care of your family.

Isn't it true that on SSI, one could make under $1000 a month and still be eligible?

Put that grill up, sir! Make those burgers! Make those hot dogs! Get a pick-a-nick basket. Lay out of those checkerboard blankets on the ground, bring a couple of chairs. Have a picnic, then romp in the woods!
