My parents are away for a week, and I have no contact with them as theyre out of cell coverage range.
and everything is going wrong... I have my boyfriend, but he just lost his job n cant help me out too much... not to mention im soo stressed, its just too much to take right now. I have to look after everything at home, and myself and the cat, and I am just not coping. I can see it all being very very traumatic for me again... I am trying so hard to be positive...

Do you have any friends or relatives who can drop in to keep an eye on you?

Not sure this will help, but this is what I do when a lot happens and I feel myself shutting down.

I force myself to shake myself out of it. At some point I say to myself 'thats enough worrying about it, now time to get to work'. There are things that need to be done, and people or pets that depend on me'. So I force myself into action, and maybe its not the best or most organized action, but things do get accomplished and once you get moving its easier to keep moving.
