Even though I know it's going to be fine and that my bosses are sympathetic to my depression I'm still freaking out silently at my desk - breathless, heart rate up, want to cry, you name it I'm probably feeling it. 35 minutes to go until it's my turn...

So now it's Monday...*sigh*

I had so much trouble getting up this morning. It's getting to the stage where I have to get up in stages otherwise I just can't do it. It never used to be like this, I used to love going to work!

Well, it was less of a review and more of them asking for feedback on what they can do to help me (the bosses are well aware of my aspergers and the depression) which was nice really. I realise I'm very, VERY lucky that my workplace and management are trying to help me with my issues, not everyone has such great bosses!

Not many places are sympathetic to disability, that's great.. as long as whatever you ask for and do, you maintain a solid work ethic. Show up on time and always put forth your best effort with a good attitude and they'll always help you. They must think highly of you to do that, too.
