Does anyone here experience the "Sunday Scaries?" It is essentially a heightened sense of anxiety about resuming your normal routine after a weekend.

If so, how do you cope with it?

I do have some low-key anxiety on Sundays because I have to go buy my week's supply of groceries on Monday, but I just ignore it, mostly.

My mother and I went to buy some groceries on Friday so I wouldn't have to buy any today with it being so close to Christmas and the stores being insane. I warned my mother that it would be insane on Friday, too. But we still went, and mom admitted I was right when she saw all the traffic.

I have to admit, I was pretty proud of myself that I managed to get the groceries and a few other things and only got a little cranky and didn't have a meltdown or a panic attack. :D
