I have been a person that has tryed to avoid mistakes but whene I was a teen I made one. I keep hearing things that tell me that legal action has been taken against me and I havent been apart of any of it. I am scared bacause they say that I am going in for fourty years. I havent talked to anybody directly only heard people say things that upset me. Is there any way that they could do this?

cause im at work and bored this helps me kill time.

and its in the constitution that your entitled to a trial of your peers. if your that worried about it go see a lawyer. if you cant afford one, one will be provided for you thats also a right you have. and last time you seemed as if you were posting from jail already now you say its just people saying stuff about you. unless you have physicaly been arrested over this i would start calming down

I hope everything is allright I just dont know how all of this is going to play out. There are court delays that say that they can arrest you later then the conviction. say if you are sick or somthing they can say you can start your incarceration in one month or two.

I keep looking for legal advice online. None of the legal forums will talk legal biz to me though. I state my case and they make fun of me and lock the thread. I know that the meds I have have done what they done and for that perpose cause people at work made fun of the fact that it was being done to me.

You don't say if you are in The States or not, but if you are, try looking up the Legal Aid in your State. They will talk to you for an hour for free and help you out

What good is cash if your in prison? I dont want to go to prison but I may have made a few mistakes whene I was a teen. nothing like murder or rape but still this is coming back at me after over a decade. I may have not been perfect as an adult but I am not a fourty years throw away the key type that should go to prison for fourty years. I am the guy who would go to work relyably and do his job and not hurt anybody anywhere for any reason. I am not a bad person. I made mistakes growing up I had issues then and I have gotten better sense.

it works out that for a free atterney they need to appoint one if you qualify. I probably qualify seeing I earned only 15 hundred last year and no futer prospects for more. I just wish I knew what was going on. I know my mother knows what is going on and have begged her to talk to me whene I needed to take the pill. I needed to deal with this I cant if everybody sais youve done nothing wrong nobody is trying to arrest you, nobody is going to put you in prison. I am sorry. why cant they realize that.

Legal Aid is not allowed to take criminal cases. The court will appoint an attorney to handle a criminal case when the client cannot afford legal help.

Oregon Criminal Statute of Limitations Laws
Code Section 131.125, 145, 155

Felonies Murder, manslaughter: none; sexual felonies including criminal mistreatment sexual abuse in 1st and 2nd degree, rape, sodomy, incest, promoting or compelling prostitution: 6 yrs. or if victim was under 18 yrs. old at time of offense, anytime before victim turns 24 yrs. old, whichever occurs first; others: 3 yrs.

Misdemeanors Sexual misdemeanors: sexual abuse in the 3rd degree or sending, furnishing, exhibiting or displaying obscene materials to minors: 4 yrs. after the offense is reported or if victim is under 18 yrs. old, upon turning 22 yrs. old, whichever occurs first

Acts During Which Statute Does Not Run Absent state, hides within state, not resident of state; max. extension 3 yrs.
