I don't take critism well.

Ok I have to tell everyone. I have to name names now. No one will get what I'm trying to say here. Is that you all noticed that I don't take criticism well. Always feels like a personal attack. I take thing negatively. Everything is serious nothing is funny. How can I supposed to go on here with out having to hear from the three? Why won't they leave me be? What ever did I do to emp? I would never know. I don't think can ever change the way of criticism.
Look I'm not out to get anyone. I'm not crying or whining either. Why does everyone think of me as a fool or something. I say I'm sorry for what I said in Fiz's recent post but those three always critize me. Why can't they accept me for who I am? Just please also not to change me but try to help me out. Thank you.

Take criticism as it is, an opinion. You can either take it seriously and agree with what the person says or reject their opinion and just say that you're fine the way you are. Just remember that people aren't trying to be a**holes when they are stating their opinions about you. People just want you to let them know how they feel about you, but that doesn't mean that they hate you.

I'm not sure what the beef is about or how it started, so I'm not sure whether they are constantly bitching at you or giving you legitimate criticism. Not insulting anyone here, I'm just making sure nobody takes this post 1-sided.

My problem with criticism it seems is that when people try doing so, I then become depressed instantly as my self-esteem simply disappears).

I wish you would leave me out of this.. I haven't said anything to you for weeks.

That was a short 1 sentence message of mine in response to a message from TigerFire that was obviously inappropriate. And really, like hale_bopp I have hardly said anything to TigerFire for weeks. The way he is acting, you would think I was harrassing him, and doing it every day. In reality, the number of messages within the last 3 weeks that I have written in response to things he has said is... what, 2 or 3 messages I guess? I write just 2-3 messages in 3 weeks (guesstimate) and this thread is the result.

In response to the above quoted message of mine, TigerFire sent me a private message telling me to "shut it". I ignored that message.

This whole thread reeks of attention-whoring and sympathy-whoring.

I did not enjoy or want to write any of the above, but since I was personally mentioned, I felt it necessary to defend myself against the unjustified accusation.

Imagine if someone posted a thread saying "TigerFire is a boob" and then insisted that TigerFire is not allowed to post anything in that thread! That is what you are doing to me. You cannot talk about me and require that I say nothing about it, that is highly unreasonable.

And furthermore, the other thread was not your thread!! It was Fiz's thread! Do you want me to stay out of Fiz's threads as well as yours?

Anyway, even if the other thread WAS yours, that does not give you the right to dictate who is allowed to post messages to it. But it was not your thread anyway. Summary: I think you are being unreasonable.

You say "I don't take criticism well", but I do not think that is the problem. I think that the thing you don't take well is when someone exposes your behavior for what it is. I have written a few negative messages in response to you, and each time it was because you were being unethically manipulative, and I was not willing to let such inappropriate behavior pass without something being said about it.

Trying to manipulate people into feeling guilt or sympathy, etc, that is just plain unethical behavior and should not be tolerated. And that is why I have made a few (just a few) negative comments in response to your messages.

No I actually take that back. If you want Emp you curse me if you want. Do anything to me.

Again let me point this out this is called the Haven. Not to tear my skin apart or to hurt me more. Yes I've said sorry to all most everyone and maybe I'll say sorry. I think the reason why I distrust you emp is because I'm afraid of you. I hope things go well.

Awww, who told you that I love it when people say that to me? Acknowledging my Real Ultimate Power. Trying to get on my good side, are you? It worked. I hope things go well for you too. But don't think you can use this every time you want to get on my good side, because I would notice if it was not genuine fear.

It's obvious you do care or you wouldn't have made this thread.

If you stop making stupid threads, people won't critisise them. I don't critisize posts because of the poster, I critisize posts anyone makes that in my opinion deserve to be critisized.
