Do you know what is the cause of your pain? Do you have arthritis? Is it your weight? Are your joints, such as knees and ankles stiff because of swelling from fluid retention? You’ve said before that you take a lot of pills, are any of them to help with pain? I have arthritis and I take pills for that and other pain causing problems. Crazy as it sounds, moving (in a safe and proper manner) is the best thing you can do to reduce pain.
...I do like to walk around. and I do it a lot
Ad O write this now. I have awoken in my bed. I have not gotten out of bed yet. Zoe really launched the process of prrong/trftrddinh/getting going -- it has trnfef yo be quite painful to do that. I may call sgsin to go to the ER. since it"a morning now. however. Probably not until I"be walked around some and gotten food - if I go to the ER I won't have food for a whilr, and it's nearly 9:45 AM, I last at 7:15 PM-ish last nite
