Now it's a 2 because I joined DailyStrength.org, thanks to SpaceCase. She really makes my life a whole lot better. I love her.

I was feeling like 6...7 even when I was walking in the sun today....it was such a beautiful day...I even met a really cute kitty at a pet shop.
Now I'm feeling like 5...
I think I won't be sleeping during the day today...I hope to return to normal cycle...
Also, during my night owl phase I've put on a few pounds...because night owl phase+depression+anxiety+binge eating usually all come together...I look forward to loosing them as well...
I will go to the gym...probably tomorrow...
After missing 3 weeks of classes I talked to one of the teachers and there seems to be a way to clean up the mess I am in...
I also took out the garbage...
I dropped by at the post office and at the bank to carry out some chores...
What I'd like to do now...is to do the laundry...
There are many other overwhelming things but I think I'll focus on the easy ones for now...

i'm tired, watching scrubs, and i don' t have school tomorrow because of record's day. plus, i'm discovering david bowie thanks to a movie called labryinth. graewlyn has mentions it whenever she talks about her favorite movie so i thought i'd check it out. liked the movie

i'm also lying on the nice cold floor. i like how the cool floor feels on my face...i'm at about an 8.
