Have spent the whole day at college on the internet watching videos and recording music and stuff, instead of what I was supposed to be doing. Haven't even WRITTEN a single piece of work

Damn concentration!

This is what happens when you are anxious and depressed, you get confused and you can't focus on what you're supposed to be doing!

But seriously, just try to keep yourself busy (I'm here to help)
I recommend water the most because it doesn't have any fake flavours and it wakes you up when it's really cold :D

^That's actually pretty true about water. I've stayed away from a lot of pop espeacially those containing sugar. They do help a lot of times esp. if anyone's thinking about going on a diet.
