I'm at -5 or lower. I wish I were dead most of the time. I feel lonely, and my gender identity problems (wishing I were female) are getting bad. My anxiety levels are really high now, making it hard for me to get chores done at home and do my work at work.

^ Hugs..just don't kill yourself. Looks like you've just joined maybe this site will help in some ways. Some of us have helped eachother in the haven through bad stuff.

6 It's extremely nice out..I feel a little more balanced than usual yet I feel like I waste time with stuff b/c of some OCing over some stuff.

8 - Today has been the day of socialising and good music, I feel rather content. Only 1 person is talking to me right now.

I think a 5 today, the weather is lovely, I can drive my car around a bit. I still feel like I am in a monastery though.

Doing better, didn't have the bad day I thought I was but I'm not home so I probably won't be on tonight as much as usual.

i feel like a 3!! !
coz yesterday, while waiting at the dentist office,
i came across two bubbly female who sat
across me whispering then laughing,
i am sure they were talking about me
because i saw them glance towards me.
i hate it. this always happens to me,
i try 100% before i leave the house to
look the best i could. and when i compare
my appearance i know i look even better than
them but then what i can't help is my facial
expression. i hate it. i would have gone to another
place but i couldn't i hate being trapped in those kinds
of situations. it's futile...that was yesterday afternoon
and it's sunday morning already i'm still fuming over
those stupid idiotic b*****s. i wish i would have done
something like scratched their eyes out or hit them with
my shoe...grrrrrr i'm so worked up that i don't know
what to do for the rest of the day.
sry for posting this here, i know i sound childish and
shallow it's just that i felt so helpless...

I deserve to die. I hope the government or aliens kill me. Do it already! I have nothing to look forward to besides the fake cruise, everything is just getting worse, I am a burden to the entire world. After the cruise, there will NEVER be anything to look forward to. Every art show that I looked forward to this year was a complete waste. No one likes my crappy art. There is no money in art. By the way, I am now suicidal.
