Yep, that would be my style. I have been lacking in area of skin care. Any advice for hands or face?
Depends on your particular skin. And properties of tap water in your location. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
I'll keep Omega-3 in mind. When I wrote my question I was thinking of dry skin (in a dry climate). The first things that comes to mind is lotions, but I avoid chemicals in general (lotions, soaps). Perhaps flax or rose seed oils would be appropriate. I'll do some research. Thanks for helping the topic be less daunting for me (I like when I have an idea where to start).
Yoghurt is good for very dry skin. My husband prefers olive oil - it removes grease stains and keeps his dissolvent-dried hands in good shape.

I hope you are recovering from your busy week (month/life). Yesterday mine got a bit much for me and so I made a list (short, highest priorities). I woke up mentally practicing for job interviews. (I don't have any applications out yet.)
All in good time.
I'm alone at home today. It's enough time to realize how tired I am... and not much more. But even this is good, knowing how I feel is a way to avoid falling to insanity.

A lot of good cosmetics are in your fridge. Try egg yolk + vegetable oil + a few drops of lemon juice as a mask for your hair. It does miracles!

Cool, thank you!

When I am uncertain, that's when depression creeps in. I need to remember it's Uncertainty. Otherwise I am busy and feel Everything.
