Forget it I have difficulty dealing with strong emotions and urges. This is how I cope. I cope by talking to others instead of -------. And if that fuccing bothers you then leave.

There seems to be a lot of projection going on there.

That test will be taken by me. One question about it: Is it professional? Like are the questions professional or are they random? I don't know how to explain it but sometimes when you read something you can tell I they are being serious or just a fanatic. You see what I mean?

I am tired.
I have been fighting hay-fever, for the last 2 days, and it is draining.
I can't get proper sleep, because of the stuffed-up runny nose.

I've got two air filters going full time, atm.
It is helping, but I am yawning all over the place.

The kids are good, but no walk today. It was 39 degrees.
Time to stay in the air conditioning.



The test would only be a guide, but I have enough insight to see which questions would put me in the bipolar camp.
Give it a try. I'd be surprised if it didn't indicate you were bipolar.

In one way it might be good if you were, because there are meds that can help with the depression, which is pretty dark, at times.

I think talking to your family doctor might be a good idea. I believe you can get a referral to a psychiatrist who can then assess you and give you meds, if needed.

It is better today, but when I start dusting, the hay fever symptoms start up again.
This problem started, 2 days ago, when I cleaned out the internal air-conditioning filter.

I have 2 air filters going, around the clock.
I am winning.

I hope you caught up on your sleep.

Yes I caught up on my sleep. I want to the park today it was fun. I was there for 4 hours playing catch. I was so entertained by the ball (I must be part dog) XD .
