I'll guess a number: 1.

My functioning's been very poor for months, and today made me realise I've gotten slightly worse: I went out ... for an hour. It was just too much; I became overstimulated and tearful within minutes. So I took a 3 mile walk home and, while pleasant, the body's already paying for it. It must have been a while because just being out felt like I'd emerged from a cave after months, and it gave me a wider perspective.

+5. Worried about physics and french tests tomorrow, and need to go take a shower even though I don't want to. On the other hand I have plenty of time to study tonight, and that's good.

7. The first 7 in months!! ! Just saw The Boat That Rocked in the cinema. very good. It even has an aspie character. :) Love the 1960's music.....

Oh and found out yesterday I will be getting my car back, fixed, in about 10 days. It is in the car hospital, after someone crashed into it while I was driving it.

+7 Today is turning out to be a fantastic day. It's gorgeous outside, my laptop is back from the shop (finally), I had an awesome lunch, my kids are happy, and I hope by tonight I should be inching closer to a 10. We'll see. 8)

Good to read you ladies are feeling good. (Mitharatowen in a fresh love? Um.... I don't do jealousy but am a tiny bit jealous of the dude. Nah, I wish you two heaven on earth)

Blah (3x), my mood is so-so today, meh like, 0, maybe 1 on the score board but.... first grocery store and then dinner, maybe that would do some good and keep me on the plus side.
