I'm doin' pretty good today, i'll give it a +6. it's about time that damn depression lifted, 'cause the last week sucked-ass. Now maybe i can get back on track and get some of my household projects goin' again. Cool.

Um, as for me.... I don't know but I have a sense it's going to be a somewhat bizarre day today. (?)

I give it a '2' at the moment but either it goes to +8 or -8 today. (?)

0 issues, issues, and more issues and I don't know what they are except thoughts consisting of loss and death. don't know if i should see a psych doctor or what but i don't know how much longer i can deal with this s**t and try to pretend i'm fine. i feel like disconnecting with the human race anymore. the more i'm around them, the more i feel alone.

I'm around 1 now. I paid to see a counsellor (no autism/AS expertise) and was gawped at as though an alien the entire time, which I suppose I was to her. However, it had the beneficial effect of acting as a distraction. I'm not sure it's worth continuing for more than a couple of sessions or so, and they are all I can afford. She's no clue how to categorise the issues and doesn't seem keen to learn about new categories.

+5 right now - going to be part of a good concert tonight, had a good day at work, got in a full hour walk in beautiful weather, and finally got over my latest bad fixation.

The "-" part of me is ready for the crash in the next two days

It will be a good day tomorrow, my mum's friend and her kids are coming over, so hopefully I won't be as bored.

I think a 3 today. Have terrible food cravings, which made me make custard and eat it all. Not good.
Also, poor dog has a stomach ache, seems to have eaten something bad yesterday. She might have to be taken to the vet.
