I haven't rendered my computer totally inoperative yet.
I have never caused any life threatening injury to any part of my body.
I am able to perform basic mental tasks, for the most part.
I am patient.
Sometimes, I think I am more than these things.

I write novels and finished my first one in a month (it was a slow month and seemed like something different to do)
For whatever reason I have never self harmed despite immense amounts of stress and pain caused by others
Despite not being very social I am one of those people everyone likes (or at least can tolerate)
I am a very quick witted individual
I've been known to "think outside the forms" (because I find it hard to believe there is only within or without the box)

I'm a good example of what to do in life: do everything I didn't have the guts to do and, while you might not succeed, you'll at least deserve respect.

Hey stop beating yourself up. The first thing the doctor who diagnosed me said was "the blaming ends now". I do understand it can be hard...
