-3. I was much better, then melted down again within minutes after discovering something else going wrong with my body. My mind's fragmenting and my body's falling to bits; it's frightening. I hope the doctor is in a good mood next week.

Bah. Earlier today was a solid +8. Right now about a -2. I should just go to bed and end this evening already.

+8 ~ Feeling really peaceful lately. I've crossed paths with some interesting people who bring new things into my life and I'm learning a lot.

That's always good.

I just woke up, so I don't know what number I am right now.

+5 I've been thrown in for a loop. I have one friend who says that she wants a relationship and than she says men are pigs and than she says she wants to get married and than she says that she wants to be a bachelor. She bought herself a bridal dress and than she returned it to the store that she bought it at.

I also have an old friend from a long time ago, who's moving into my apartment building. She's mentally challenged and she still asks questions like, "What's going to happen when I die and go to Heaven?"

My best friend, Dean makes light of my soiling problem and he's still calling me Sid from Flushed Away, because of it. He even says lines from that movie, and than laughs afterwards.

To top it off, I thought that my favourite Kink, Mick Avory would be the perfect role model for me. I've found out that everything about one another is that of each other. He's as much of a Cockney Rebel as I am. I don't have a role model. I'm living in a time warp and Mick Avory is more of a twin than a role model. I look exactly like him, too.

As my mum likes to say, "You sure know how to pick them!"

I also have reverse Manic Depression. I get manic in the winter months and depressed in the summer months.

^ I am glad you have found a new twin and role model.

I am probably a 1. Could be feeling better but have been extra obsessive today... ugh. Wish I could find some obsession pills.

(((((((bdhkhsfgk))) I hope you find the instruction manual to your brain soon.

((((((((((((i_wanna_blue)))))))))))) the good thing about bad situations are that they dont last forever. I spent much of the earlier half of the year at -10, now it is pretty, well, meh.. but better than -10....

I am at a 3 again, the day is cloudy and might rain a bit. I have decided I have the serious need to stay off the net and do stuff like housework, try and go out, do my photography, playing with my chessboard and reading novels... I just need to try harder to find substitute activities.

I will ask my boyfriend, Mr_Bogan (yes, you have probably read some of his posts.) , to help me out by emailing instead of PMing because I have to go to the board to check my inbox and then from there I tend to get embroiled in some exciting board debate or discussion... so I will be restricting my board activity to this thread, and check in every few days or so... it seems extreme but I am quite a board addict, and before I found WP there were other boards :? . Maybe one day I will learn to manage it all better but that day hasnt arrived yet.

Meanwhile my counsellor is looking to refer me to a psychiatrist for the diagnosis so I am waiting to find out whether he can see me and how much it costs...

-.- -6

Today has been very painful for me. I have recieved the combination package of random bullying, racism o' plenty, and "hurry up b***h" attitude. I'm tired of unwarented bigotry!!
