Huge hug to SmudgedHorizon who has one of the cutest avatars I have seen here, and that's saying something.

There was a tribute thread for me once a long time ago. It's been downhill since then :skull: hehe.

We've read the report, and we'd kindly ask you not to make such public insinuations, thank you.

Also, your claim(s) has no merit whatsoever.

Hi Ez,

That sucks.

Also, I'm still sorry that I had the two threads merged without asking you first. I must have been totally out of it, but that's no excuse at my age.

I've been on some of the discussion threads where you're chatting and I still enjoy your perspective - haven't had anything to add, you pretty well cover the waterfront. Plus, I figure you're probably ticked off at me and I don't blame you for that at all, so anything supportive I might say is going to get side-eye, and would deserve to.

Hugs anyway - Esme

That's OK; I still feel bad, and owe him an apology anyway. Would rather say so :-) than just feel bad.

@Ez: I left out that I'm glad to see you here. Which I am.

Hugs to you too Kraftie!

You have high cheekbones, and look distinguished in general.

The addition of those librarian glasses would only enhance you in my eye.

heavens to mergatroid I was just attempting some self deprecating humor for my own amusement if no one else's. I'm far too forgetful and scatterbrained to keep track of such things. I had to scroll back to see what you were talking about. Was like oh yeah that post. I start threads and then forget they exist all the time. If you want to tick me off and keep me ticked, it will take a lot more than that :)

Aw, Ez, you just made an old lady cry. From relief, dear, not from sorrow. You're a good'un.

Hugs

A gently sniffling Esmerelda

I'm slowly gathering ingredients to make peanut cheese bars. So far I've got:
sugarless chocolate
rice flour
maple syrup-flavoured cheese

All I really need are peanuts. I hope it works out alright.

And a few mews-chefs (vs. sous-chefs): if the images are too small to see, try "quote" on this post, then "preview" - they were much larger when I previewed it. Then you can cancel :-) after seeing them.

In the comic Gasoline Alley, there is a character named Chef Meowice.

This would be an esoteric dish for my palate. Who knows? I might like it.

When I was a kid, I was VERY reluctant to try new things. There was a point when I didn't even like ice cream and hamburgers.

The recipe's somewhere on the last few pages, if you're interested.
