-3. I don't know if it's better to never experience love and be blissfully unaware of the emptiness within, or to have a first taste of the filling stuff and realize you're starving and desperate for more. The experience of love and closeness makes me realise how lonely I am.

Husband is frustrated with laptop. He starts to act like a child, all whiney and pissed off. Now I feel like I have to fix things like 'right now'. Be the Mommy, make him feel better. Actually I feel like drinking.

Before getting on WP I was about at 3 and working on a melt down now Im working on a 5 people become addicted to things because it makes them feel better.

4. Dreamed about a girl I liked recently. Good dream, but it reminded me of my past failures and heartbreaks. Still, it doesn't cripple me like it used to, so I'm close to neutral.

Really struggling again right now, feeling worthless, dirty and want to self harm. Going to phone psychiatry when the kids go back to school, already have an appointment for mid January but think I need seen sooner.
