5. There's a change in my routine today, and I'm pissed off at myself for letting it bother me so much.
Positive points added for not hiding under my bed no matter how much I wish to.

I'll stop now though with posting how I feel, as I'll be 10 for a long time.

I dont know whether i should put -5, as it was -5 C overnight, But I am not feelng -5, more like a 3.9. Ok because I am having pizza for lunch, and it is homemade.. also I can see the deer grazing on the hill, which makes me feel good.

I didnt enjoy most of today though, as I was workng outside in the cold, and I am too OCD to come to terms wth being in a yard with livestock crap... also I had to look after a bratty fox terrier who seems to have not only Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but also Dependent Personality Disorder too.

Anyway all is well again, I guess.

3.

I'm going with the actual -10 (depression) to +10 (extreme happiness) here...

it seems most people are going 1 to 10.

I'm happy, but I'm not overly excited right this second.... normally I've been getting pretty up there as of late, though

0, blah.

Daniel: you have a primary social disorder; s-o-c-i-a-l
Daniel2: I know. Why speak slow
Daniel: because you're slow
Daniel2: that's not nice
Daniel: because you're not. You cannot see the perspective of anyone but yourself. You have no empathy. You get overwhelmed at a raindrop. Don't even bother trying. You just leave people in pain. You cannot even see why they're in pain
Daniel2: not trying something you want to do is giving up easily.... Plus, I've done ok at it, I think
Daniel: ok?
Daniel2: well, ok, I've kinda...failed
Daniel: just don't, don't bother. Be what you are, what you're made of, not some ideas and desires, but the brain you have, be that
Daniel2: it's...lonely there
Daniel: you've always been alone (a-u-t-i-s-m), even when around or with people; you've always felt it. That's why you don't actually feel alone
Daniel2: ...
Daniel: now you see

5, I see.

-1. I really, really, (add about a million "really"s here), really hate it when he's unhappy.

+10

I feel like a shiny, new Kink, or gender neutral person. I'm over the break-up between Teresa and I, and no, I am not spiking my hair up with green gel, or wearing leather, chains or tight jeans. :D

-8

If people see me, they would think that I'm content, or even happy. In reality, inside, I'm extremely depressed.

5 for, have been dealing with depression for 19yrs now has had a profound effect on my life more specifically, my social meanderings therefore, I try to not let it torment me as much even if at times I feel like a failure in brutally honest terms..

MathGirl,

Your extroversion conflicting with your AS? I'm just curious, as they say that depression can be common in people with AS (mainly due to being socially isolated), and I've never felt such before. Anyway, I hope it improves for you.

I'm 10, as usual
