Sick. My migraine medicine is having an adverse reaction with the frappachino I had earlier and I had to leave work early. I'm way overstimulated right now, and jittery and nauseous. I'm going to lay down for a while.

-9.9 I have started to get thoughts from the gov again and they scare me to death. At least after 6 they die down it is similar to my last time of this kind of thing but the times are slightly different. I know everything in the world is caused by stress. Also when my hair itches it is also related to stress. I have been taking emergency anti anxiety pills to help me out. There are times when the stress and thought insertion is so severe I can't even form a coherent sentence. Basically all gibberish sounding like the way my brother speaks (half the time I can't understand a word he says.) At least my dad wasn't really injured in the car accident but the car was totaled and we have to spend money we don't have because we are starving artists trying to get by. The insurance paid us around $8000 for it because his car was old. Getting a used car would bring all sorts of problems and repairs costing thousands and getting a new car the amount we got isn't enough. To prove our financial status is deteriorating with each passing year into poorness we used to be able to get cars, brand new cars and pay it in total right away. We also used to go on expensive vacations like it was nothing. Nothing good will ever happen here again, mark my words. The only thing that truly helps right now is building my model airplanes and it has helped for around a month. Otherwise I would be close to needing to go into the hospital again. I am that depressed.

Cause i've only slept for 4hrs, and I have an ongoing with people I thought were my friends, ignoring my existence for some reason that remains to be hidden for me.

I woke up with a splitting headache and lower back spasms.
The headache is gone but I'm still walking like I'm 90.

6am. Guess i'll get to bed a litttttle early.

+3 -- I feel alright. Just very tired due to a loooong night of nightmares. :{ Too many bad dreams these days. Must think of nice things before I go to sleep.
