I remeber being 19 and in a pretty similar set of circumstances. All my love interests outgrew me and I felt like hybernating, I just wanted to shut the world out until it didn't suck anymore, my approach? I walk into an army recruiting center and lie my ass off about my conditon. It turns out that just about everyone else who signed up with me was about as bad as I was in some way. Not saying that you should do the extreme, but I can't say anything other than making a big move is gonna help. Please keep in mind that 6 and a handful of encounters/relationships later, I haven't found the one (women are scarce in the army), I just know how to handle myself better (I'm better at not getting my ass handed to me either). I mean any kind of getting the hell out of dodge is what I'd do, other than that, I'm officially out of advice.
