I'm sad to hear to feel that way. Strangely enough, when I met you on Tuesday, I was thinking how together you were. Your make up was very well applied (which I can't do), and you organise all these gatherings (I'm just about grasping the concept of doing things like meeting people).

So it is only me, but if it counts, someone out there thinks you've got good things going on with you.

people often think that till they spend much time with me, then they get annoyed at me and take back what their initial impressions were :(

I'm not an expert, but you sound like you're clinically depressed, and it's important to take that seriously and try and do something about it. Maybe you could find help through counselling, CBT or medication. It's got to be better than carrying on in a state of unhappiness.

Ive been assessed and they said Im not depressed. They said Ive got a lot of problems and its normal to feel bad when you have a lot of problems.

Ive had numerous CBT therapy and psychoanalytic therapy but did not make any progress, they said my OCD and social phobia was resistant to treatment.

Ive asked people about meds for OCD and social phobia but they have not recomended anything.

I might ask for a referal to the psychiatrist as Im ina new area and they may have different things on offer but that may make things worse as it may make the social services give me more of a hard time if they think my mental health is deteriorating.
