I drink milk but still find that I need the supplements of the various vitamin B's. Obviously different people have different needs. You might try going with just the milk, but if you find yourself getting depressed, try some B-12 and B-Complex supplements for a week or two to see if that helps. Also what works at your current age may not work 20 years from now. You may not need supplements right now but you may when you get older.
