Such beautiful things your mother made. I especially like the 1920s dress, the matching mother and daughter clothes for your wedding (such a cute photo), and the 3 sisters quilt.

It looks like you are slowly processing everything, and I think that she would be happy that you are looking at all her artwork today.

thank you so much. she did make some incredibly beautiful things, and each stitch was perfect. she excelled at everything she put her mind to. i think you're right, that she would want to have people remember some of the art she created. i can't completely demonize her, as she wasn't a total monster. i guess she was human in her flaws.

It's been almost three months since her death. My grandma hasn't bounced back yet. It's her sister so...yeah. :(
