Oh honey, I have made that mistake too. Telling him what I did. As soon as he knows that, it's right back to how he was before. Oddly enough he forgets that when I start doing it again and it works.

Don't sound angry or mad when you are cold to him. That's hard for me not to do, especially when I am royally pissed off. I have to use a tone somewhere in between mad and happy fun conversation time.

Right now I'm really pissed at mind and using that tactic. I'll tell you all about it when I get back, my son just called from school wanting me to bring him Tylenol and he's probably going to want me to check him out, but nope. I'm on to that. He's got his xbox live working and thats what he wants to come home and do. Three and a half hours won't kill him.
