Have a similar situation myself. How can you tell if someone is looking to bond or just for sex? I think asking would offend them.

I walked to the library yesterday and on my walk home I saw him and we ended up at a cafe. It was awkward and I just blurted it out. In response to "It's... kind of obvious... we both..." I said "I'm not looking for anything serious, nor a free ride in your class." and we talked about it from there.

Still, very awkward. I didn't realize how close we live to one another.

About an hour after I posted that I figured out everything I said to him went in one ear and out the other.

Also... he told me of his plans to visit Montreal next summer and I didn't let it slip that I plan to spend next summer in Montreal.

He left a gift in front of my door! I'm... conflicted.

I agree with everyone that says wait until the class is over. Let him know that you want to wait until the class is over to do anything together. After that, it's up to you.

I guess this answers your "am I attractive" question? ;) I wouldn't take it further just to prove it...

It was never a question, though. Being attractive to some people doesn't change what I see in the mirror. I'm not trying to prove anything... I think?

I know what that feels like. I can't understand other people's attraction to me.

Maybe aspies are just over critical of appearance, I know I was.
