is this a phase im going through..?
This is probably the gazillionth time I'm linking this, but I recommend reading this to anyone. It will explain everything:

Here's a few things from the book that might explain why they seem to hate you:
1. If you say anything, the NTs tend to hear it related to their beliefs and influence first, rather than literally. For example, if you say that production fails because a setting in the machine is wrong, they might hear it as "it's your fault, you moron".
2. You don't communicate via cultural symbols like the NTs do. This means that you cannot manipulate the belief systems of them. Since they do this to each other all the time because they always compete for rank, they might come to the general consensus that you are the cause of all the problems.
And they could also be annoyed by your possible limitations such as sensitivity to noise, difficulties in following verbal instructions, difficulties in doing many things at the same time and so on.
Overall, this tends to lead into a lot of misinterpretations.
I will probably try to concentrate on hanging out with other Aspies/Auties since we seem to be neurologically so fundamentally different from the NTs. I don't think that masking yourself full of NT behaviors is a very good idea either. Not only would you lose touch with your autistic identity, but we could never compete in their terms successfully in long term because our brains are simply not "made" for their kind of socializing, no matter how much we try to mask ourselves with their social skills (even though the line between basic courtesy (we can be offended too) and specific NT behaviors is always not clear).

I would like to use the "she's new" thing as an excuse.. But in truth, she's had plenty time and oportunity to get to know us all. Our strengths. Our weaknesses. She's been at our store for 9 months now..
My head is a mess right now..
Feel so lost and alone..
Thanks for all the replies and hugs. I appreciate it. But my depression is just getting out of hand again..
*hugz for all*
Just as a clarification, I don't hate NTs because they're NT. That would be hypocritical and stupid. I hate NTs because they all seem to hate me. I stopped trying to decipher the reasons years ago, pokes holes in one and they'll fabricate another. That or they'll just call you a ret*d, or some other idiotic ad hominem.
I doubt they would all hate you, so why hate them in general.....I see your point though in my experience it has typically been the neurotypicals who have given me hell but I cant generalize them all as people who would do that.
It's not so much that I wanted to generalize hatred, so much as express frustration. I'm pretty sure they don't all hate me, but sometimes it sure feels that way.
i know exactly what you mean...talking about things here helps but then things can be generally so different irl that that constant feeling of anxiety remains...
I know saying things like it will all pass or things will get better sound too optimistic right now but they do believe me..
I've also always been unable to understand why things were so different for me or why am i the only onw who's left alone in the end..and all other things like that...i've tried my best to understand others to control my behaviour after i got to know about aspergers...i've tried it all..and somehow it does not always work!
But then it does work sometimes and even among NTs there'll be some people who love you for your different ways and they make it seem it's all worth it!
Don't loose hope so soon...there's something good that you gain after all the experiences!
My advice to you is to try to find some new friends. I know it's really hard to do, especially if you feel like you hate people, but try. Also, there's a book called Life of Pi, that's worth reading for anyone who feels angry with a group of people. Or any number of other things. Just try to keep an open mind, even if only for a few minutes at a time. Almost everyone has days when they're angry. Remember, there is equal variation in neurotypical people as people with AS. Everyone's different.
