almost cut off big toe

just started the tramadol
works a lot better than the vicodin

cant say im a fan of the tramadol
it works great for pain but I dont like the side effects
im getting random dizzy spells and a lot of random muscle twitching

just got back from my surgeons office
I wont need surgery and its not infected but its still a nasty break

the bone is broken in 4 parts and split down the middle and since its an open fracture I have to be real careful about it getting infected
