I am going to the doctor i am just wondering about the ER. And not the point is i am not eating. I start eating and then feel to anxious to continue. and i stop. This leads to me eating about 1 meal a day. ill go 20 hours wil out eating then have some frys. or rice cakes. then go another 12hours.

That's not really healthy. Your body isn't getting enough energy, which is no doubt why you feel so weak. How long until your appointment? If it's like a week or so, no. If it's a month, then you should probably go to the ER.

Went to the doctor.

He of course insisted I need drugs, He also told me i need to go back to my psychiatrist. They also keep saying it is my ocd and not emetophobia. But the past 36 hours i have eaten alot and just having that food in me has me from 113 in my boxers friday morning too 122 fully clothed today. I dont get it.... But he says i need drugs and is doing some blood work.

Interesting fact, If you bring family with you it makes doctors take you more seriously.

See my allergies seem to be to things that make you gain weight. like dairy and gluten. So all of my alternatives are weight loss foods. Like i dont eat peanuts or pork. or corn or quinao. or artificial flavor colors and preservatives. no sugar, no grains other than rice. I can eat meat tho, and fruits and vegetables.

Even if you can only eat meat, vege, fruit, nuts, herbs and spices (like me and some others) you can still put weight on.

Try thai curry, it usually requires coconut milk. You can also make coconut rice which will boost your calorie intake.
There are vegetables like yuca (cassava), malanga (taro), yams, plantains and others which are high in calories and good for you, and aren't reactive in way of allergies for most people, even sensitive ones.

If you have trouble eating solid food you could also try fruit shakes mixed with almond milk or light coconut milk.

When I have trouble eating from being glutened, I usually drink cashew milk then, as it's the only thing that stays down.

Have you checked that this is psychological and not actually a medical issue? I had a lot of similar symptoms from an undiagnosed disease that resulted in most of the things you said as well as malnutrition. I didn't used to eat because it didn't make me feel good, and I would feel better avoiding food. They insisted I was anorexic until they found out about the disease.
