Thanks for all the sympathy.

My mum's come to a decision now.

Before we go away on holiday in 3 weeks, we're going to put her down. My mum says she has no other choice.

The picture I posted, my mum's going to bloat up and have a big picture in a frame of it in our living room.
I am very sorry to hear that. I hope you'll be OK and take it as well as your taking the news.

It's got to be better than the suffering. You'll pull through.

I wish my mom had put ME down.

I'm so sorry, I also lost a dog to cancer, on the day we had him put down, he was obviously suffering.

*Sigh* Well, my dog's gone now.

This morning, my mum saw she was so ill that she took her to be put down.

I'm not that hurt. I'm strong. :)

RIP: 1997 - 2007. You were a good dog :)

I`m sorry for your loss, it looked like a very nice dog.

You are taking it very well, i would have been depressed for a couple of weeks if my pet had died.
And sorry again

Rest in peace, little pup.

A big (nonthreatening) hug to you, Alternative.

I am the DogDancer, so I have been through this kind of loss many times.
It's always hard and terribly sad, but our coping skills get better. One of the many good
things we learn through loss -- and loving the fur children who almost always go before we do.

Good for you for bearing up so well.

Be gentle with yourself and take extra good care.
