OK, that's something! Once an artist, always an artist. Set your sights on returning to that! If you can't afford a camera, no problem. The camera's not the most important part of photography is it? The photographer is. Vision. Walk around. Look at stuff. Even with a little money you can work towards getting a camera and get back to what makes you happy.
Man, I wish receiving advice was as easy as giving it.
Just do something "stupid" like writing lists of things you like about yourself, or the world, or coffee ice cream. Doesn't matter. If all I had in the world was reheated pizza, then life with reheated pizza would still be better than no life at all. Gotta be alive to feel relief. Hang in.
