Oh man, that sounds bad. I wish I could help. I can't drive more than 50 miles from Sacramento though, mom's orders since I use her car. If he gets gangrene that will be it, when it reaches his heart it will be all over. I am reluctant to send money online because it might get stolen, or my card hacked.

cops should help people instead of chase them away.
they do that here. like not allowing homeless to sleep under bridges by river. i dont' get it. why not let them. and why not let them beg on street. I don't have money to give so i drive by but I don't see problem in it.
here they have a homeless town set up as an experiment with little yuts its too bad they don' tdo that there so he could rest. there's also a homeless camp but the city's trying to shut it down and cops harass them its an unused lot that no one cares about besides them being there wtf. we have so many unused lots. that's why a group started the homeless town. my uncle even though hes an a**hole lives in it. people like ass p deserve it more then him. hes homeless because hes lazy and likes it not because he has to be.

i think all unused lots should be turned into such places with little huts. they small but quite nice, has bed and small living area, then they have a community kitchen, dinning area, bathrooms, and the university of oregon donated a workshop trailer to them. in echange for living they they have to do some service hours, like they go and clean up parks and public bathrooms. not a whole lot though. they also take turns doing guard duty at front gate(checking in guest and giving name tags) they have a council that is mostly people from there and some from the community. they self deal with crimes and stuff because if somoene messes up all could be evicted and project over.

too bad he can't get into such a place. I think people in eugene or more open to homeless due to being a hippy city. though more open doesn't mean completely open as they do the things i mentioned above to.

if i ever win lottery I think I'll would build more communities like this. can help more people then building a apartment building or buying houses.

...Thank you , AB , I was cut off from posting but it was my usual (since being banned from the SC library) weekend cut-off and I should say that I'm not absolutely as non-able to lie/sit down as you interpreted - However , yes , flesh that shouldn't be exposed is exposed on my right foot now as well as the left .
Briefly , I think I went to the Salinas Valley hospital a bit-ish ago and they were NOT helpful , the Santa Cruz HPHP is helpful as far as it goes (One nice nurse in particular) ~ but .
My right foot looks icky enough that I presume I could get some attention from the main hospital in SC (Dominican) now , but I don't want to go totally sans any money (my SSDI comes past midnight Tuesday now I've less than $1 in coins) , not only for security there , but for what-to-do once I'm out , which there has been more than once being told to leave without a lift downtown during the wee smalls , when the bus has stopped , and at least once came to hospital fuzz escorting me out to that position ~ I said to AB that I've been to there at least 3 times in the last month-ish ~ Much of the time , they don']t even bandage my foot (feet) .;

...Regarding the assault ~ It was done to me by an (presumed) fellow HL person , one of Santa Cruz's umpteen street musician types , as I was taking rest in an alcove of a store on the downtown drag of SC , Pacific Avenue ~ He said he's been hired to keep the alcove clean , briefly , when I didn't leave , he tried to drag me out , then went physically after me , hitting me repeatedly (Did I detail this in the initial post ? I can't access the first page?? now .) ~
It has more recently occurred to me that , then , he might have been HIRED by the store to " drive HL out " - another definition of " trash " ~ with a " nudge , nudge , we , of course , don't know what you're gonna do , it's not OUR responsibility (wink) "...........

How many locations do they have? Well, I answered that for myself by looking on the internet: four in the city and a fifth one in "Capitola". I'm just wondering which route he usually takes. I'm not even sure if he knows but if he can tell some streets he walks down frequently and the locations of the libraries he goes to then I could make a phone call. You know, it really shouldn't matter what those "other" intentions are because if that is preaching the gospel then anyone can start doing so as long as they would take me to the place I need to go, if I were in that position. I can't believe you'd be afraid of someone sent by a church taking your life or rob you. These "other" intentions would therefore be very mild. I would probably be more concerned for the person who would take him to San Francisco. If ASS-P says he's the person that he says he is, and he has no episodes in where he can be dangerous to others then I think there wouldn't be any risk at all. It would just be beneficial. They could also pay a bus ticket for him to get to San Francisco. That shouldn't be a problem either.

Some clues on appearance would help, too.

...Right this moment , I am at the Watsonville (an hour-plus bus ride ) Public Library .
I can get two continuous hours there . Since my being banned by the Santa Cruz library (where i could ~ if there was space ~ get an indefinite number of hours but having to restart every hour , at WV I can link the two hours) , I have gone here .
I'm going to say more about my plans , referring to all my recent " personal " lines , but for background:
(1) Remember , I had been saying I wanted to go to- San Fr6ancisco , with the idea of setting up getting into san Fr6ancisco City Collge . Some other HL had gone there , said it was easy to get into ~ one could more or less instantly be enrolled - THEY said - and that , especially with my " gimp " status , i could get favorable goodies . I had said I'd likely8 be , at least7 initially , HL i0n SF if I went there though I maybe hoped for some shelter bed , maybe on a "gi0mp st7atus-helped level .
I had thought I'd likely , if I got into SFCC , have to go while HL (in whatever form of HL) , at least for a while .
(2) However , the recent exposing of BOTH my toes makes me down , and feeling " I CANNOT& go to SFCC while both my toes are open , nohow ! "
But , what do I do to heal them ?
I had thought of seeking out medical help in SF - Not from San Francisco General Hospital , however (or whatever it's called now)
Now , I had sort of thought " Perhaps , if I enroll in CCSF and achieve ' student ' STATUS already , during this su9mmer , but not going yet , that could improve my status , as a ' student ' , and I could get help that might lead to the toes healing , while putting off/delaying the actual going to CCSF ~ However , that's a whole lot of " if "s , isn't it ?
(3) A SC HL friend implored me to go to Stanford Hospital , in Palo Alto , saying they were a real good hospital .
It's probably too late to go this day , however , and I had thought , partly just for something to do this night (& avoiding sleeping downtown especially in the wake of , ummm.... ...my latest " meltdown " ) - but would that , if I wasn't admitted there at some length , water down the factors that could admit me to " better " Stanford ?
Too , I am running out of my money (Which I go early this ayem .) , I'll have spent it soon .

...Okay , I'll put it here --- I'll sound less " nice " now --- Quite a ways ago (briefly , condensing) I got myself thrown banned from the Taco bell in SC that is open late when (BRIEFLY) , after they were highly rude to me , and closing early , rushed out after knocking down the piled-up-on-a-table chairs - Noting more than that - Knowing I would be banned , as I was .
So , here are my recent " meltdowns ".
Later on , I did the bunch of Grin And Bear It graffitos that led to me being in jail last month . More recently , in response to the " being banned from the Boar6dwalk " (on instant , no court hearing , " hand you a paper " banning) plus the 5150-ing I went on another , brief , graffiti spree but I just couldn't get myself arrested that7d day so I let it go buy , decided it was a sign ~ But , most recntly , after being beat up in that enclave by the (assumed HL , WHO WAS SOMEONE HIRED BY THAT STORE TO " CLEAN UP " , I decided to get back at the store by messing them up a bit ~ I threw a glass jar of Salsa onto the enclave , which broke , and threw the contents of a can of Dinty Moore beef stew , and graffitid some " English naughty terms " - PISH COSH .w*ker , CHINLESS WONDER and OI OI (I meant to write SHITE ) ! Before the boardwalk-oriented graffiting , too , I had been treated rude in a shoe store there that I had bought much stuff at (This is brief , remember ~ Some Taco Bell , knocked some display models over , was as I left , was told not to come back . Yawn . In a sense , these are all?? " Let's make it so I have to move on/It's over " things that I chose to do .
Knocking over stuff/making a mess ~ Not going after any human (or animal/creature ) .
